Good baked goods & cakes. Nice, clean bakery & always friendly staff. Store centrally located with parking spaces & good opening times for me top ?.

Unfortunately we weren't satisfied at all, our rolls were totally hard, just like the cheese on them and the cream was just disgusting, you can only put it that way. The service was also unfriendly and you could tell that there was a lack of love for baking. Not to be recommended, price performance ratio 6-.

On October 29th, 2020 at around 4:30 p.m. Arabic-looking men are talking loudly to the staff in a foreign language. Also the guys were in the cafe without a mask. Not like that, I don't go there anymore.

Apfeldatschi ... dry. The apples must have missed the cake. Too much sugar on top. The hot chocolate was good.

Super delicious food and friendly service. Just the thing for us in between. Keep it up and everyone stays healthy.

The place is getting worse and worse ... a shame ... Top plague - cool design, but the world's worst person (unfriendly-incompetent-disinterested) The crowning glory today was again 50 minutes before the end of the day there was no more coffee to go because the coffee machines had already been cleaned ... what a shame ... you can only avoid it!

How can you be so rude to customers? An employee at this location, blond and middle-aged, really doesn't know how to deal with customers. You can often see customers being teased and she act like she owns the shop. Not a good day or anything like that. The other employees manage to be friendly. When I see that this lady is working, I don't even want to go into the shop. I hope there will finally be a change here. It will not work like that.

Good quick breakfast. Sweet quark rolls with nuts and raisins very good! Pretzels are still ok, but I've eaten better elsewhere, so only 4 stars

We like to be there, baked goods are great. Now that you pay more attention to it, a cashier glove (this with a magnet) or something similar would make sense. Unfortunately, you often collect with gloves and then use them again.

I was always satisfied, but unfortunately that's not the case anymore !!! Wanted a delicious fresh chocolate croissant, but one was turned on the day before. Complaint at the headquarters said I will be called back. It doesn't matter who I talked to the day before, the problem was the same !!! Call came today and was said it was fresh and it tasted old due to the high humidity. I was offered a replacement. Thanks for that.

It is really a master bakery. Very good quality, the coffee was delicious and the sandwiches fresh and good.

This branch of Schneckenburger is in a great location and there is enough parking space by car. The selection is good and I personally have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The only shortcoming of this branch: no bread is sold. Only rolls, sweet pieces, cakes and lunch snacks etc. I find that pretty strange. I really like to use this branch as a customer but since there is no more bread to buy, I come around much less.

I personally think the coffee is great. They pursue every possible wish. Are friendly, neutral, clean human. We love going there. Since it is also outside the city and you can park in front by car. A suitable place for commuters to strengthen their lunch break with some hearty sandwiches or meat and cheese rolls, meatballs or sweet pieces. So unfriendly staff is a totally wrong statement in Max Strohmayerstr. You'd better correct yourself. Because often you are the trigger for your own unfriendliness. And besides, we are all people who have a bad day every now and then. You should never forget that.

Rude staff? I can not understand at all. I am very often there and I am always greeted with a friendly smile. Always have fresh pastries and every wish is fulfilled very satisfactorily. I think all branches are great, but this is where I prefer to go. you just can't do without a funny chat. I also noticed that it is always very clean. I find the cleanliness of the entire store impressive, despite the large number of customers. Praise to the staff. Just a shame that there is no longer any fresh bread, will hopefully be changed again. Definitely highly recommended!

Good quality baked goods and opening times on Sundays and public holidays are a positive advantage for customers. However, this staff in this branch is not appreciative of a customer. Incredibly insolent and rude! I had to observe how a customer's request was not taken seriously and a discussion was held in front of other customers. In such cases, staff urgently need to be trained and professional action taught. I have never experienced this behavior towards a customer and was a stranger to me! Instead of satisfying the customer, they work in the other direction. I would therefore no longer recommend this bakery because of this situation and would send friends from Constance to another bakery that attaches great importance to friendliness and wishes to meet the customer's wishes.

A baker who no longer sells bread? Although only in this branch, but what is it? Are you allowed to go to his morning coffee and Vesperbrötchen now where else to buy a loaf of bread? That's not okay in my opinion and certainly not climate friendly. Please change something there.

I love the store! Super fresh and delicious goods and friendly staff. Unfortunately Konstanz-typically very expensive, but it's worth it!
